While i have been working on the board this afternoon, I have noticed a lot of "Guests" looking at the board. I have noticed up to 8 guests at one time ? This is a little unusual, as no one seems to sign up to join the forum. So I am a little puzzled as to what this means at the moment. This isnt the first time it has happened. Any ideas guys ?

Might be just results of searches for games. Put in Holy and you get a hit, Realm may pull in any that are searching for Forgotten Realms. I don't know enough about search engines, depends on if they are boolean searches or not. Or I could be way off and you have people actually wanting to look in on the game or the forum to see what it is about. Adding that shout feature to allow the guests to say anything might help.

I had a message from another person who runs a Pro Board called "Fairburns Glory", they do various RPGs on that board. Anyway, he informs me that "Pro Boards" "Monitor" content that is posted on the board, ie PG13, so pictures and written stuff are checked. Anything deemed too adult, and a warning is issued, followed by board deletion if not complied with. So it may have been board monitors checking to see if there had been any infringements.

Wow. That would be some seriously active monitors.

If that is the case, and i mean "IF", it may mean certain words used trigger monitors ? I dont know I am just guessing.

Playing paranoid former Counterintelligence Special Agent here for a moment. Bible verses, or specific bible verses might do that and especially using just the verse base like Duet. 10:10 for example. Many, many groups use them for code phrases that reference specific events or actions that they need or want to be done. That could easily trigger a bot to come check on the follow up wording or specific content.
